Final Fridays is a series of stage and screen combat workshops that features choreography, techniques, and style lessons geared towards a particular theme each month.

 

Workshops are 7-11PM on the last Friday of each month. The first three hours are for instruction and practice, and we'll spend the last hour performing what we learned for peer review and video recording that you'll be able to take with you.

FF Workshops are $50 for non-members, or $40 for BFH members & METRO cast/staff. Payment information is on the registration form. Final Fridays workshops are limited to only twenty participants. You must be 18 or older to participate. Athletic attire and closed-toed athletic shoes are all you need to join!

Location and Parking: Look for the Team Dynamite Productions sign over the door, and Black Flag HEMA sign sign on the door.

Park anywhere in front of Unit B, including in front of the roll-up doors.

You may park in front of other units, but DO NOT block any of the other roll-up doors, and avoid parking in front of units that are working/operating currently.

Overflow parking in the grass along 124th Ave is also available.
